Weekender for Two
$369 for two

  • 3 days, 2 nights

  • One 60-minute deep tissue massage

  • One 30-minute facial

  • One 70-minute inch-loss body wrap

  • (Or choice of 160-minute treatment)

  • Use of fitness center, steam room, Jacuzzi, lap pool, and meditation garden

  • Education on diet and exercise

  • One of the following: yoga, kayaking, bike trip (bikes or kayak provided)

Medical Spa Experience 

Experience M’lis Wellness Programs, which include guidance on detoxification, Candida, Fibromyalgia, and other health issues, all designed around your needs and goals. 

Individualized programs created by Dr. Cochran (Clinical Nutritionist) for detoxification, fasting, cleansing, or nutrition designed around your goals. Programs use body treatments, massages, and more.  (Please note:  This program requires a five week advanced schedule).

Medi-Spa Program I
3-, 5-, or 7-night stays
$1,300 for 5 nights (call for other quotes)

  • One 60-minute deep tissue massage per day

  • One of the following: yoga, kayaking, bike trip (bikes or kayak provided)

  • Participation in one of the M’lis Wellness Programs 

 

Medi-Spa Program II
3-, 5-, or 7-night stays
$1,900 for 5 nights (call for other quotes)

  • One 60-minute deep tissue massage per day

  • One of the following: yoga, kayaking, bike trip (bikes or kayak provided)

  • Minimum of 3 hours with Dr. Cochran (Clinical Nutritionist)+ follow-up

Prices vary

This is a program you create. If you want to stay with a friend going through a medical program but you do not want to participate, you create your own package.

 Options include:

  • Use of our spa facilities and selected treatments

  • Golf at a local course

  • Kayaking or horseback riding

  •  Wine tasting

  • Trip to Hearst Castle
